1. Procedure for Payment and Avulsion of Services

The payment procedure for the services provided to the subscriber with GPON technology is postpaid.

2. Promised Payment

When the "Promised Payment" service is activated, all deactivated services provided to the Subscriber, become active within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment of the activation of the "Promised Payment" service. If the overdue debts are not fully paid within these 48 (forty-eight) hours, the services are suspended again.

All the physical or legal entity Subscribers of CJSC "GNC-ALFA", whose services are provided by a post-paid system and GPON technology, can use the "Promised Payment" service. A Subscriber whose services have been suspended due to overdue debts may activate the "Promised Payment" service by himself. When the "Promised Payment" service is activated, all deactivated services provided to the Subscriber, become active within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment of the activation of the "Promised Payment" service. If the overdue debts are not fully paid within these 48 (forty-eight) hours, the services are suspended again. The "Promised Payment" service can only be activated 1 (one) time after each suspension of the service due to overdue debt, and if the service suspension period has not exceeded 120 (one hundred and twenty) hours. This means that if the Subscriber activated the "Promised Payment" service, he will be able to use this service again only if the services provided to him/her are again deactivated due to a new overdue debt. The "Promised Payment" service is only available for the Subscribers of the Internet service of CJSC "GNC-ALFA", or for the Subscribers of those package services in which the Internet service is a component service.

4. In-house / In-office maintenance service

Within the framework of in-house / In-office maintenance service "GNC-ALFA" CJSC Subscriber can apply to the Operator for the provision of technical services at the Subscriber address *: At the same address the transfer of the Device provided to the Subscriber Re-installation of existing cables for service provision or replacement of the cables, installation of additional cable, Replacement of the cable or any device provided to subscriber.

A one-time fee of 6000 (six thousand) AMD (including VAT) is set for each of the in-house / in-office maintenance services. If it is necessary to provide more than one in-house / in-office maintenance service at the Subscriber Address during the same visit, a one-time fee of AMD 6,000 (six thousand) (including VAT) will be charged for all services provided, regardless of the number of services provided.

5. Address Change

Any Subscriber of the Services provided by GNC-ALFA CJSC with GPON technology can use the address change service, if the new address is within the reach of the Operator Network. The address change service is carried out free of charge, within 10 (ten) days from the moment of the Subscriber's application. The address change service is considered to be performed at the new address at the time of activation of the Services.

6. Temporary Suspension

Each Subscriber may submit a written request for temporary suspension of the Services to the Operator at least 1 day prior to the date of suspension, indicating the specific period of suspension of the Services.

7. Renaming

A non-negative balance is required in order to be able to use The service. The renaming service can be used without time-quantitative restrictions. The renaming service is provided free of charge.

In case of renaming the contract, the balance of the existing subscriber is transferred to the new subscriber.

By signing the application for name change, the new Subscriber accepts the basic terms of electronic communications and other related services provided to the subscribers by GNC-ALFA CJSC, as well as the terms of the Tariff Plan / Package transferred to it.

8. Device replacement / Wi-Fi activation service

Any Subscriber can apply to the Operator to replace the Device provided to him with Wi-Fi Device.

The subscriber can also apply to activate the Wi-Fi service of the Device provided to him. To replace the device or activate Wi-Fi on the device, the subscriber must not have overdue debts on his account and must make one-time payment of 11,000 AMD including  VAT. The lump sum payment is accrued on the day of service activation and must be paid before the 15th of the month following the month of registration.

9. Static IP address

Each subscriber of Internet service receives 1 dynamic IP address.

The subscriber can get a maximum of 1 static IP address for 1500 AMD (including VAT) for a monthly fee. The monthly fee for the static IP address service is calculated by days.

10. Phone number change

The subscriber can change the existing number of the Fixed Telephony service included in his tariff plan, paying the Operator the amount of the new acquired telephone number at once.

11. Detailed Bill

Each subscriber can receive a detailed bill, which is a detailed information on the services included in his / her tariff plan and the amount to be paid for them for the last 12 months

The subscriber pays a one-time payment of 200 AMD (VAT) for Detailed Bill service, regardless the period of provided information. Every subscriber, regardless of their current account status, can use the Detailed Bill service. The Operator is obliged to provide the subscriber with Detailed Bill for the services provided during the previous 12 months, according to the period chosen by the subscriber.

12. Nice Numbers

The subscriber can choose from the list of telephone numbers for sale at the moment.

There is a classification of telephone tariffs depending on the type of telephone number (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Premium). Except for Silver (8000 AMD including VAT), Gold (30 000 AMD including VAT), Platinum (50 000 AMD including VAT) and all Premium (100 000 AMD including VAT) all other numbers are considered Standard. numbers and are provided free of charge.

13. Necessary equipment

PSG1282, PSG1282N (Wi-Fi enabled), AN5506-04-FG (Wi-Fi enabled) equipment are used to provide services for individuals and legal entities with GPON technology.

14. Terms of Equipment Provision

PSG1282 equipment is provided free of charge with the right to use it until the end of the subscription.

If the PSG1282 device provided to the Subscriber is damaged (the damage is not due to a factory defect of the PSG1282 model device) or is lost, the Subscriber is obliged to pay a fine of 45,000 (forty five thousand) AMD to the Operator.
