Special Offer Terms and Conditions

From October 14 through December 30, inclusive, customers who subscribe for the first time to any of the prepaid “RED” tariff plans offered through the partnership between Viva and OVIO, except for the “RED 4900” plan, will receive the first 3 months of service free of charge.

• The “3 Months Free” special offer applies to the “RED 7500”, “RED 7900”, “RED 10500”, “RED 10900”, “RED 14000”, and “RED 14900” tariff plans.

• The “3 Months Free” special offer is available only to customers subscribing to a “RED” tariff plan for the first time.

• A first-time subscription to a “RED” tariff plan means that the subscriber account, phone number, and subscription address have not previously been used to subscribe to any of the prepaid “RED” tariff plans offered through the partnership between Viva and OVIO.

• Customers with an active annual subscription agreement with OVIO are not eligible for this offer.

• The offer is available to customers who submit an application to subscribe to a “RED” tariff plan between October 14 and December 30, 2026, inclusive. Applications submitted by December 30 may be reviewed and activated under the promotion even after the offer period ends, provided that the connection is activated within a maximum of 7 days from the date the application was submitted.

• The “RED” tariff plan is provided on a prepaid basis for a 30-day period. Under this promotion, services will be provided free of charge for three consecutive 30-day activation periods.
