We also inform you that during the migration of the existing TV platform, there was a temporary disruption of the television service for some of the subscribers.
As a temporary solution to the problem, we offer all our subscribers the opportunity to use the Wink TV application on their devices (smart TV, smartphone, tablet), making available not only TV channels, but also about 20,000 movies and series for free. The company is taking emergency measures to replace all subscribers' television sets in the shortest possible time, making them available to the modern Wink TV platform with its wide range of features.
OVIO will provide compensation for the disrupted services and inconvenience caused to all subscribers who have experienced an outage in television service.
