the current TV platform will be suspended for all subscribers who have not
yet transitioned to the Wink TV platform, due to previously announced technical
issues. If you have not yet made the transition to the Wink TV platform, please
visit one of the Operator’s sales and service centers to receive a new Wink TV
device, or ensure that your contact phone number is accessible so that the
Operator’s representatives can reach you and organize the transition process to
